My Approach
I look for the connections, not just the symptoms.
My work is grounded in physiology rather than quick fixes. Stability, safety, and long-term function, always.
Philosophy
Symptoms rarely travel alone. A person arriving with brain fog often also has sleep disruption, digestive complaints, and a long stress load that's been carried for years. Treating any one of those in isolation tends to move things sideways, not forward. I seek to find the root cause.
I work meticulously with purpose. I take a detailed history, look for patterns across systems, and, when testing will genuinely change direction, use it. Otherwise, the plan starts with the levers that physiology tells us matter most.
What working together looks like
Four measured stages.
01
The intake
Detailed history and any relevant pathology, gathered before we meet, so our time is well used.
02
The first consultation
Ninety minutes where I map the full picture across systems: physical, cognitive, emotional, and historical.
03
The plan
I build an individualised plan of nutrition, naturopathic support, and lifestyle changes. Testing only where it changes direction.
04
The follow-through
Real change takes months, not weeks. We review and adjust over time in small, considered iterations.
